Brickmere Partners was founded by Jamila Wilson, with over three decades of experience covering every area of human resources. Her experience has helped us become partners with top-tier institutions that need strategy development, data analytics, talent management, organizational restructuring, executive talent placement, and leadership advisory at the highest levels. 

Over 35 years across industries and leadership environments, it is clear many organizations approach talent decisions tactically instead of strategically. These organizations ignore the fact that leadership appointments influence culture, governance, performance, and long-term enterprise value. 

Brickmere Partners exists to address that gap. 

From its inception four years ago, our practice has operated with a clear conviction: talent decisions are strategic decisions, and we handle them in alignment with long-term business objectives.
